Shipping rates and fees will vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over this.

Delivery Targets

We ship orders within 48 hours of receipt on Weekdays.

Due to unprecedented freighting demands following the COVID-19 crisis we are currently experiencing delays with all deliveries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that we can not be held responsible for any delays experienced as this solely falls into the jurisdiction of our third-party freight providers.

Time frames specified are delivery targets only in accordance with services offered by our 3rd party freight providers as follows:

Within New Zealand:  Overnight Courier. This shipping facility is tracked.

International:  Standard Shipping. This facility has been temporarily removed since customers have experienced delays for up to 2 months due to this shipping facility being untracked.

International:  International Courier. Delays are to be expected for all international orders. This shipping facility is tracked. Please check estimated delivery targets for your country here prior to placing an order with us to avoid disappointment.

International:  Express Courier. For any time-critical orders we recommend this shipping option. This shipping facility is tracked and will have priority over any other international orders sent by tracked courier. Please check estimated delivery targets for your country here prior to placing an order with us to avoid disappointment.

Please note: If your item is held up in transit due to customs inspection, this can delay your order even further. Whilst this is a rare occurrence we have no control over this.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
